What's Included

Included with your Revival Outdoor Kitchen are all of the materials, fasteners, and hardware to complete a structural installation on a patio or deck that is within 2ft of grade and include the following:

(4) Architectural cast composite columns measuring 8" round x 7ft in height including cast composite capitals & bases. (See the details)

Structural PostCore™ system of 4x6 pressure treated posts for each column. The PostCores™ include integral blocking, spacers and pinch plates for a quick installation and a very structural integration with the beam assemblies as well as your patio foundation or deck. (See the details)

Beams & Roof framing are built with the same IRC approved wood framing and roof sheathing materials as your home but wrapped in a cement board that creates an ANSI/UL fire rated, beam and ceiling assembly. (See the details)

Trim components including soffit, facia, rake & gable mouldings, as well as coffered ceiling trim are all included and are ANSI/UL fire rated.

Ventilated gables with (2) circular louver assemblies.

Hardware package including Stainless Steel bolts, trim screws and nails. Also included are Polyurethane adhesive, Polyurethan sealant, Aluminum drip edge, Aluminum nails, and galvanized ring shank nails for the roof sheathing

Complete installation instructions in a professional construction document format including plans, elevations, sections, details and notes. The drawings are perfect for submission for building permit.
